First-Time Client Initiation Fee: $250

All new clients are charged a one-time $250 Client Initiation Fee, regardless of the type or length of the trip. This covers the time we spend getting to know your travel style, preferences, and priorities so we can provide personalized recommendations and service. Planning services for your first trip are included in this fee.

After your initial trip with us:

Choose the service that best fits your travel needs. If we're planning your trip from the ground up, the Dream Destination Research fee includes our planning and concierge services. If you already know your hotel or destination and simply need help coordinating the details, the White Glove Concierge Service is all you need.

Dream Destination Research - $200

Not sure where to go or which hotel is the right fit? We'll research destinations, hotels, resorts, and cruises to find the best options based on your travel style, preferences, and budget - whether you are traveling within the U.S. or abroad.

White Glove Concierge Service - $100

Let us take care of the details that make a trip exceptional. We'll arrange restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tee times, transportation, activities, and other special requests for your travels.

Already know which hotel you'd like to book? Simply send us the hotel name and your travel dates, and we'll handle the reservation at no additional cost. If you'd like assistance with dining reservations, transfers, or activities, you can add our White Glove Concierge Service.

Smooth Sailing

Already know which cruise you'd like to book? Simply send us your preferred sailing and travel dates, and we'll take care of the booking at no additional cost.

Additional fees may apply for last-minute requests, large group bookings, air travel arrangements, or other services. We will always communicate any additional fees before work begins.
